Wendy’s Jobs, Careers & Applications

Find the official Wendy’s job search, compare restaurant roles, and follow up on an application.

Reviewed October 4, 2026 · Prices and availability vary by restaurant.

Start with the official job search

Visit Wendy’s Careers and search for your city or preferred role. Check the restaurant address and named employer before applying. Some jobs are with company-operated restaurants and others are with independent franchise businesses.

Which positions can you look for?

Wendy’s describes a restaurant career path through crew, team trainer, shift manager, assistant general manager and general manager roles on its Restaurant Life page. The careers site also separates corporate opportunities. Openings at a particular restaurant change, so an example role is not a promise that it is hiring.

How to apply

  1. Choose the location and read the role’s duties, hours and requirements.
  2. Use the Apply option on that listing. Follow the employer’s application process.
  3. Prepare your availability, contact details and relevant experience.
  4. Save the confirmation, job title and restaurant address so you can follow up.

Application login and status

Return to the application link in your confirmation email or the employer’s hiring portal. A Wendy’s food-ordering or Rewards login is not necessarily your applicant account. If you cannot find the portal, contact the hiring restaurant and ask how to check the application you submitted.

Before accepting an offer

Ask who will employ you, what the starting pay is, which shifts are available and when the first paycheck arrives. Wendy’s states that franchisees make their own employment decisions; terms can differ between restaurants.
